The West Plaza is a public outdoor community space located at PENN 1 in New York City. It is a space for tenants of the office building, locals, and tourists to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors in the middle of the concrete jungle. The window vinyl design incorporates hand-drawn elements reflective of the New York City experience. As The West Plaza is activated throughout the summer, fall, and spring, the bright blues and orange of the design create a sense of energy and excitement.
